Tuna for Two

What you’ll need:

  • 1 can of Albacore Tuna
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Sweet relish
  • Raisins
  • Organic Mayonnaise
  • Dill
  • Olive oil
  • Celtic sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Cucumbers


  1. Open your can of tuna and drain the water out. Divide the tuna equally into 2 bowls.
  2. In the first bowl, add ½ of a chopped hard-boiled egg, some organic sweet relish (or chop up some bread and butter pickles), some raisins, and organic mayonnaise. Mix together. Serves well on toasted organic sourdough bread.
  3. In the second bowl, add some dried dill weed, the other half of the hard-boiled egg, and a whole bunch of chopped cucumbers. Drizzle some olive oil on it as well some ground Celtic sea salt and ground (green or black) pepper; mix together. It can be served straight from the bowl.
