Are you feeling lost in life? Create a Vision

Have you carved out a moment in time to ponder the idea of your vision?  Some of you say, “I’m already working on it” while others might be so busy with daily life and might ask, “What are you talking about?”

The last couple of years I have been seriously kicking this idea around.   You could call it your vision, dream, goal, mission or anything relevant for you.  We all have gifts and talents; the beautiful thing is that we are all uniquely different.

Young Living continually promotes the idea of finding your “why” or dream in life, which I have embraced and want to share with you.  After going to Diamond Bound (an event put on by Young Living Entrepreneurs) many of the speakers urged us all to step outside of the box to create our unique vision.  They all share how and why they built their dream and the positive impact it has had for so many people.  Attending this event inspired me to help me achieve my dream while empowering you.

Why Should You Have a Vision?

  • To share your gifts and talents
  • Create a purpose for yourself
  • To help others help themselves
  • The responsibility of your vision is your own

We need to have a plan to begin our vision journey.  For example, if you are planning a vacation, you know where you are going, how you are getting there, what you plan to do, and more.  Look at your vision the same way.  Make a plan to see your dream come true.  You are the only one that can make this happen.  Of course, there will be people along the way to help, but the fire must come from within you.

On this journey, plan on some personal development.  As you develop yourself, you have more to share with others.  The brain is an incredible muscle, exercise yours daily while you advance yourself forward in life.

Things To Consider

  • Self-Reflection
  • Deep Thinking
  • Allow some quiet time to become creative with your vision
  • Create a vision board
  • Schedule 30 minutes daily for personal growth (books, podcasts, audiobooks while driving, attending lectures, etc.)
  • Write down a plan (it is okay if you make changes along the way)
My vision in life is to empower you to become a happier, healthier person who has the power of hope.   I plan to reach out to millions of people struggling and looking for help.  At this point, you might be asking yourself, “How are you going to achieve this?”  My roadmap consists of teaching classes, writing articles and recipes, making videos, engaging with those I know, and reaching out to those I don’t.  The beginning of my journey is underway; I would love for you to join me by making your vision come true.

A powerful quote by Charles Dederich:

“Today is the first day of the rest of your life!”

Go Big and Go Deep.  Let the fire burn within!
